All in all everything was perfect, had a really comfortable stay for winter time. The room was beautiful and clean in general, on the top level. Breakfast on the roof top. Central location near to historic monuments in Medina, a very nice culturally-active pub in the neighbourhoods of the hostel and the King's Palace, it was in a safe area. Had dinner at La Sultana, set 15 mins away on foot...

The service at this riad was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They gave us excellent advice on local attractions and even held our luggage for our late flight. The decor and furniture were super beautiful, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We had no trouble communicating in English, and the location was great, close to the King's Palace and a reasonable walk to the souks. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views. The scent of rose petals and candles created a heavenly and relaxing ambiance. We wholeheartedly recommend this riad and would definitely return if we visit Marrakesh again. Many thanks to the amazing staff!

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the city, with lots of attractions within walking distance. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast served daily was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the stunning rooftop terrace, providing us with a picturesque view of the city.
Our room lacked proper ventilation, with no windows to let in fresh air. This made the room feel stuffy and claustrophobic at times.

I loved the hotel's stunning design, a perfect combination of traditional and modern styles. The staff were so helpful, and the breakfast was yummy. Also, the location was ideal as it was close to the market and the airport.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had a great time during our holiday. The location of the hotel was really convenient, with easy access to historic monuments and a stunning view of the mountains from the terrace. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. They always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The delicious local dish Tagina of beef was a must-try and made our tastebuds dance.
The breakfast could have been better and more diverse. Although it was served fresh every day, we were hoping for more options, especially healthy ones.

This hotel is a hidden oasis, tucked away from the bustling crowds of the main market. The location was very convenient, only a short taxi ride away from the vibrant medina and main markets. It was always easy to catch a cab from the nearby intersection, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat from the heat. I especially loved the spaciousness of the rooms, with the terrace just one step out of my bedroom. The rooftop terrace was a delightful spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquility of the hotel. Breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of food and cakes each day that made it feel like I was having "high tea" at a luxurious hotel. The morning coffee and fresh orange juice were simply delightful.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.
